I have loved watching the transformation of parts of our city in ‘Public:Art in the City’ Exhibition. It is fantastic to see national and international artists at work as well as our local favourites. I hope that this is the beginning of many such exhibitions. An added delight to seeing the metamorphosis of some of our buildings and lane ways is being able to see the artists at work.
Maybe this art event can inspire both formal (curated) and informal outdoor art gallery spaces in Western Australia. The latter would certainly keep some of my students happy and spending less time in court! Have a look on the Form facebook page or watch http://vimeo.com/91429468
